Test equipment engineer 测试设备工程师

Job description岗位描述

1. Responsible for design, development, modifications, maintenance and overall support of test equipment (hardware and software).
负责测试设备的设计，开发，改装，维修及其全面支持（硬件和软件）。
2. Setup and implement laboratory regulation and operation system according to ISO 17025 or CANL, successfully prepare ISO 17025 certification for Central Test Lab
根据ISO17025及CANL，建立完善实验室规章流程，为实验室成功通过ISO17025做准备
3. Manage and Maintain test equipment, records and documents to ISO 17025 requirement
按照ISO17025要求维护测试设备，管理纪录及相关文档。
4. Check and record status of test equipment, solve problems with test equipment operation
检查并记录测试设备状态，操作解决相关问题
5. Design new test equipment, provide electrical schematics, test layouts, and complete documentation.
设计新测试设备，提供电路图纸，设备布置图，并完成文档
6. Design and adapt /update product testing software
创建及修改测试软件
7. In charge of documentation for test equipment and software.
测试设备软硬件的文档工作
8. Other job assigned by Department Manager

Necessary requirements 任职资格

1. University Degree or above, at least 2 years related experience in working with laboratory or production test equipment
本科及本科以上学历，2年以上实验室或生产线测试设备相关经历
2. Good knowledge of operation and theory of general and specific test equipment for automotive
深度掌握汽车行业测试设备的实践和理论知识
3. Understanding of automotive electronics, especially of Body Electronics
理解汽车电子，特别是车身电子
4. Ability to review and understand internal, government and customer testing specifications
能够理解审核内部，法规及客户要求的测试规范
5. Ability to design and construct electronics of test equipment.
能够设计建造测试设备的电路设计
6. Ability to write software to implement automated product testing.
能够编写软件完成自动测试功能
7. Proficient in electronics and standard software application ( C, knowledge of CVI is welcome)
精通电子及编程（C语言，掌握CVI编程的优先考虑）
8. Professional PC experience (MS Office 2000, Lotus Notes, Internet)
电脑操作技能（MS Office 2000, Lotus Notes, Internet）
9. Proficient in English language, German language skill would be your plus英语，掌握德语的优先考虑。
10. Strong communication skills + ability to work in a team environment

11. Know-how in homologation to ISO17025 or CANL
