1. Be responsible for initializing and managing supply chain lean projects to achieve productivity and inventory optimization under a top-to-down supply chain roadmap.

2. Work with logistics sales planning and production planning team to continuously optimize planning process to improve customer service level in parallel optimize finished goods inventory level

3. Work with logistics materials planning team and suppliers to continuously improve supplier service level and lean supply chain concept deployment in terms of VMI, Consignment,supplier stocking programs etc.

4. Work with warehouse team to continuously optimize warehouse process to improve efficiency and productivity, for example returnable box management flow optimization, support in stocktaking etc

5. Take lead of lean inventory management methodology design&implementation, Continuously work/take functional lead with logistics team to optimize inventory through lean inventory management program.

6. Continuously Detect issues/problems alongside manufacturing supply chain to initialize improvements, Support operations logistics&warehouse teams upon needs

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, Good English Skills.

2. 3-5 years operational working experience in foreign-owned companies, preferred from automotive and/or electronics industries
3. Solid experience&knowledge of manufacturing planning process (sales planning, production planning, materials planning, SIOP, MPS etc), APICS CPIM certificate/training preferred
4. Solid experience and knowledge of inventory management, parameters setting, logistics methodology(VMI, consignment, kanban, leveled production etc)
5. Experience with warehouse management is preferred
