Your area of employment is Hella Shanghai Electronics Company. As an expert of PLC you are responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving PLC and PC program of the automation equipment. Your tasks are challenging and multi-faceted: clarification and definition of the requirements with regards of PLC program.

Job description

- Responsible for technical support of electrical control system including hardware and software during the whole product development process: from pre-development to serial start including the troubleshooting after the production start.

- Evaluating of the solution of Non-standard equipment control system provided by supplier.

- Works with global team for new line installation and qualification at Shanghai, may require travel to foreign country for training or assignment.

- Develop and optimize company equipment performance specification and standards with headquarters.

- Design and manufacture the standard control system including SW and HW for some special projects.

- Trouble shooting and reengineering of production processes within the scope of requirements of new product design.

- Continuously training to maintenance engineers and technicians on site.

Necessary requirements
1. B.S. degree or above, majoring in automation, electrical, or other equivalent ones;
2. Ideally you have already the first job experience.
3. Experience with PLC software program work at least 2 or 3 years in Siemens Step-7 and Wincc flexible.
4. Experience with electrical design and trouble shooting, and Non-Standard equipment is preferred.
5. Good knowledge in Safety relay, motor, HMI and pneumatic cylinder work principle.
6. Good knowledge in RS232, TCP/IP communication protocol, and PC software programming by C# or VB is preferred.
7. Good oral, written communications skills. Fluent in English.
