2. 新进员工的入职培训，办理员工招退工、社保、公积金的缴纳办理；
3. 员工关系处理包括入离转调；
4. 负责公司员工休假及考勤的管理；
5. 负责办理公司员工居住证、外籍员工就业证、签证等相关事宜；
6. 协助编制全体员工的花名册及人事档案；
7. 协助修订各类人事规章制度并予以执行；
8. 领导交代的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1. 大学专科及以上学历，2年以上相关人事工作经验；
2. 良好的表达能力及书写沟通技巧，熟练使用MS OFFICE；
3. 对人力资源管理各个职能模块均有基础的认识，熟悉国家相关的政策、法律法规；
4. 具备较强的沟通、组织和协调能力，注重团队协作；
5. 执行能力强，有亲和力，热爱人力资源工作。
