Role and responsibilities
1- MRO expenses & employee’s reimbursement voucher check in line with company policy, and problem settlement by proactive communication;
2- E-bank payment processing on schedule;
3- Documentation preparation of foreign exchange payment;
4- AP and payment voucher booking;
5- Intercompany AP reconciliation;
6- Others assigned by Finance Manager.
Skills required
Bachelor degree, major in accounting, Finance or related profession
1 year working experience with AP preferred;
Sound technical accounting background, highly organised approach and excellent time management skills.
Experienced with foreign company preferred and must speak and write English.
Very good Excel skills and experience.
Ability to work in an autonomous fashion with high self-motivation
Well developed inter-personal skills and good communication skill.
