Job description:
- Install, modify, maintain, and repair products or equipments that have been purchased by SB customers.
- Install, modify, service, and upgrade equipment in accordance with maintenance and service agreements and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve standard technical problems that arise during start-up.
- Perform periodic and preventive and corrective maintenance on customer installations to ensure that equipment continues to perform reliably.
- Maintain accurate service records; monitor the performance of equipment, and notify engineers of recurring problems.
- Service related task in own SBCN production
- Be part of SBCN production team and tasks when not allocated to service assignments
- Ad hoc service related tasks.

Requirement:
- Educated technician with knowledge about mechanical and hydraulic components.
- Basic knowledge of electric components. Alternatively, the candidate can have a different relevant technical background.
- Experienced in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel and Access) and, if possible, familiar with ERP-systems-preferably AXAPTA.
- Independent and structured with respect for time plans and required specifications, and be a good team player.
- English verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 is preferred
- Experience with contact to suppliers and customers
- Pass health occupational examination
