职位描述
Junior Merchandiser trainee （实习生）
Responsibilities:
-Work closely with the suppliers and purchasing department in France
-Work closely with buyers in headquarters to achieve purchasing targets and cost saving, understand needs & create a strong communication channel with all stakeholders.
-Daily communication and negotiation with suppliers.
-Track orders and follow up as required.
-Secure deadlines to ensure on time delivery.
-Work with internal teams/supplier to ensure products meet specification/quality standard.
-Prepare & participate together with the senior merchandiser to the development & negotiation meetings with buyers etc.
-Prepare & follow benchmarking program.
-Update daily ”order status”.
-Prepare and send samples to vendors or HQ
Requirements:
- Diploma in Textile/Clothing or equivalent
- Be interested in purchasing and foreign trade.
- Good fashion sense is needed
- Good communication and presentation skills in English and Madarin
- Be devoted, creative .
- Good command of English in both written and oral
-Very good command of Excel, Word, PPT and so on for office software.
