PR Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop PR and media plan in alignment with the branding strategies and marketing plan for the achievement of business goals, brand champion and maximize key messages & brand positioning in the market.
• Work closely alongside the marketing team and design team to manage joint marketing projects, corporate publications including press releases, corporate promotional materials, company literatures, etc.
• Generate and secure press, market and social media coverage, as well as maintaining strong relationships with the media and celebrity.
• Accurately and timely distribute the brand's latest and most exciting development to media and conduct media education of the brand.
• Organize PR events and members loyalty program to support product and service launches for brand building and develop CRM initiatives.
• Drive and plan for various Joint Promotion functions.
• Track and manage PR and media budget.

Requirements

• University graduate in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of Loyalty Marketing or Public Relations experience, in-house Skincare / Cosmetic / Luxury Retail brand preferable.
• Strong network and connection with press, media and celebrities of the related field.
• Proven track record of translating analytical findings to broader audience and ability to build credibility.
• Experience in digital and social media activation.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, creative and detail-minded.
• Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with strong project management skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Familiar with MS Office, Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
• Immediate available is preferred.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of “Senior PR Executive”.
