Job Summary:
To provide direction for local HR team consistent with Corporate HR’s vision and direction, to implement Organizational Design Process that will enable the development of Human Talent within YCIS Shanghai to the level whereby Foundation’s operating goals and targets can be met with increasingly high effectiveness and efficiency, to provide oversight on all HR/staff?br>elated activities to ensure compliance with Foundation’s HR policies.

Duties Pertaining to Organizational Design:
- Familiarize self with the Foundation’s P&O and modeling a behavior/character that is consistent with foundation’s P&O.
- Responsible for whole process of C&B design and structuring starting from C&B Surveys, C&B Benchmarking, C&B Structuring and C&B Proposal to GM of School Operations and Corporate HRD.
- Responsible for conducting Job Analysis and Job Design to ensure relevance of each jobs to the organizational mission and to reduce duplication of efforts.
- Compile and present Non㏕eaching Staff Headcount proposal to GM of School Operations for approval.
- Responsible for all areas of Talent Management including but not limited to Career Planning and Development, Succession Planning, Core Staff Training and Development, Job Rotation and Career Path Modeling.
- Design and update Performance Management system that is consistent with Foundation’s vision and C&B Structure.

Duties Pertaining to Organizational Management:
- Headcount and Staffing Cost Management including but not limited to Endorsing all Staff Requisitions, Compiling Monthly Staffing Cost data.
- Be present at all Staff Disciplinary Hearings.
- Incentive/Allowance Administration.
- Maintain good Labor Relations with all groups and subゞroups within YCIS Shanghai.
- Review and approve Updated HR Operation Manual as prepared by Deputy Head of HR.
- HR budget control duties including but not limited to Actual Spending Control, Analysis of Variance between Budgeted Amount and Actual Spending, HR budget allocation as necessary.

Skills/qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in HR management or equivalent qualifications with HR Professional Certification.
- 12?5 years of work experience in corporate HR position, 8 of which must be in a managerial role.
- Fluency in English writing and conversation a must.
- Able to work comfortably with people from different cultures.
- Extensive knowledge of current best practices in HR.
- Familiar with local labor law and employment contract law.
- Proven track record in managing HR in a multinational setting.
- Strong strategic thinking ability with an eye for detail.
- Strong integrity and work ethic.
