Job Summary:

1.Key responsibility for the manufactory test related improvement and debug such as system setup, training, troubleshooting and test optimize.
2.Support new project release and failure analysis during the sample run phase
3.Support Q depart for customer related audit, 8D and action implement


Major Responsibilities:
1.Analyze and evaluate new and existing test equipment/data to optimize test efficiency and improve system stability from electrical and mechanical advancement..
2.Continuously improve the test coverage for earlier failure detection and work efficiency to ensure excellent outgoing quality and yield
3.Lead a team of test technicians in sustaining investigation for root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
4.Provide guidance and supervision to Technicians in new test system development/preparation, data analysis and its effective maintenance
5.Propose, suggest and project management to develop, coordinate and implement effective test solution/strategy for new and existing process
6.Work with ITC and Tooling group closely for future test system strategy definition.
7.Provide second FA for internal/external customer complain and contribute the related improvement actionOther personal responsibility, if any



Qualification Required:
1.Strong electronic background and applications, Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
2.Test engineering working experience in LCD or relevant environment is preference.
3.Other knowledge and skills
