Description

· Working closely with the sales force in opportunity identification and qualification.

· Utilizing analytical and diagnostic skills to match user requirements and our solutions.

· Leading sales opportunities, participate in ‘discovery’, communicate and coordinate with internal teams to complete tenders and demonstrations.

· Negotiating detailed terms of contracts including technical, commercial and services agreements.

· Concluding sales opportunities and nurture current customer relationships.

· Contributing to the development of sales strategies for new business and customer growth and assisting to implement these as successful sales campaigns.

· Presenting Company’s solution, across all Industry Verticals and across all levels of the target organizations

· Maintaining in-depth knowledge of Company solutions

· Preparing and conducting presentations and solution demonstrations as needed



Requirements

· Technical background with degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics, MBA preferred

· Strong Business Sense, 3-5 years of relevant sales/marketing/consulting experience in the High-Tech industry

· Good presentation and communication skills

· Team player with the ability to lead and work with project team to carry out sales related activities including account planning, client presentation, demo and proposal preparation.

· Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)

· Business analysis and problem solving skills

· Proactive mindset and enjoy winning deals

· Understanding of SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Compliance Software is a plus

· Knowledge or background in Financial Services, Governmental, Retail, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals industries preferred
