职位描述

Principle Responsibilities:


Uphold DDW's Mission Statement, Quality Policy, Values and Beliefs
Primary internal customer contacts
Customer Service duties include
Answering queries, taking and entering orders on JD Edwards system
Maintaining current pricing and customer information in our systems
Confirming shipments and invoicing
Sending Certificates of Analysis as required and managing inventories as required in the China plant
Ensuring that customers needs are satisfied, and making personal contact / relationship building where appropriate


Customer Service duties include
Answering queries, taking and entering orders on JD Edwards system
Maintaining current pricing and customer information in our systems
Confirming shipments and invoicing
Sending Certificates of Analysis as required and managing inventories as required in the UK
Ensuring that customers' needs are satisfied, and making personal contact / relationship building where appropriate
Coordinate with other European Customer Service contacts to service all DDW customers where needed
Respond to any customer who calls, and then refer follow up to appropriate person if the account is assigned elsewhere.
Rush orders from customers require additional attention
Ensure that all contacts are made "in person" through phone conversation or face-to-face interaction where practicable
Follow up to the customer "in person" to communicate the final result of a rush order
Serves as back up for daily invoicing print and post (Administrator's duty)
Files as required
Other duties as required

Knows and explains product features/benefits, understands/sells the full product line, understands customer's business operations and needs, understands/responds to the competition, applies market knowledge.
