Main Accountabilities
-Customer and sales Friction stirring welding (FSW) technology service;
a) Support SAPA’s business development and regional sales personnel through customer visit, sales calls, and knowledge marketing events.
b) Actively participate in customers’ technical reviews and development projects.
c) Provide technical and design support to Sapa’s customers in FSW solution.
-FSW product development;
a) FSW technical feasibility analysis and discussion internally and externally;
b) New FSW solution ( product and tooling) inquiry and RFQ;
c) Implement APQP procedure in FSW product development.
-FSW process engineering:
a) Process design & Process recipe;
b) FSW process continue improvement;
c) Operator training;
d) Problem solving in FSW process.
e) Process standard documentation.

Requirements:
Mechanical engineer : 3+ years
-English: Write, reading are must. Speaking ability preferred.
-Specialized field:
* Aluminum welding technology is must;
* Welding jigs and tooling design experience is must ( or mechanical design experience)
* Aluminum alloy and extrusion knowledge is preferred.
* Aluminium heat treatment is preferred.
* Knowledge about customer application is a plus.

Sapa Extrusion (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.　was established on March 8, 2003 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Sapa Group Sweden.Sapa Profiles (Shanghai) was put into trial production in October 2003 and entered normal production in March 2004. Sapa Profiles (Shanghai) specializes in the production of high value components based upon extruded aluminium.
