Main assignments:

？ To ensure the understanding of the supplier of Svendborg Brakes requirements and expectations
？ To inspect, evaluate, and approve existing as well as new suppliers and articles
？ To co-operate with the developmental and technical departments as well as the purchasing department
？ To solve supplier related problems and deviations
？ To identification of causes to claims arisen (e.g: in collaboration with customer and service technicians)
？ To manage the activities which reduce costs and maintain the quality.
？ To work as a part of the International Supplier Quality Team
？ Approx. 70 travel days per year (primarily China and secondarily rest of Asia)

Qualifications:

？ At least 5 years solid relative work experience in supplier quality, customer complaint and quality problem solving from a similar position of SQE or QE.
？ Experience with cast part quality control, NDT and welding knowledge or training certificate will be prefer.
？ Experience with machinery used for manufacturing, educated as mechanical engineer, the candidate can have a different relevant technical education.
？ Knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic components. Basic knowledge of electric components
？ Experience from a similar position of SQE or QE Knowledge of ISO 9001/ TS 16949 or similar, with internal auditor certificate.
？ Knowledge of Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, MSA,8D and problem solving
？ Experience with contact to suppliers.
？ Good interpersonal skills and a cheerful disposition
？ An out-going personality - and good communication skills
？ Must be able to work independently and structured and to use IT for reporting, especially Excel as well as Access (the latter on a basic level)
？ Must be able to keep calm – also in hectic situations
？ Fluent Chinese and English language in both speaking and writing
