1. Review all purchase invoices and match them with the PO and GR.Perform invoice verification in SAP system.

2. Review payment documents and ensure compliant with company requirement.

3. Responsible for monthly closing and year end audit related to AP function.

4. Identify areas of opportunity to optimise the AP function process, and provide suggestion on improvement.

5. Other tasks assigned by the accounting manager.

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financial management. Substantial knowledge in accounting.

2. Over 3 years of financial experience in WOFE or JV, can work under pressure.
超过3年外商独资企业或合资企业财务工作经验，能在压力下工作。
3. Strong communication skills both in Chinese and English.
良好的中英文沟通表达能力。
4. ERP experience
ERP经验。
5.Proactive, self-motived and task-orientated.
