职责说明（Job Description）:
-Quotation
Customer Service duties include
Answering queries, taking and entering orders on JD Edwards system
Maintaining current pricing and customer information in our systems
Confirming shipments and invoicing
-In charge of import & export process
1、 负责公司进出口所有流程操作。
-In charge of daily import & export business and apply for certificate of original production
2、 处理日常进出口业务，申领各种产地证。
Be familiar with the operation procedure regarding sea & air freight, customs clear, logistic, transportation and stock.
3、 对进出口货物海洋运输或空运，进行报关，物流、运输、仓储等环节的建设及管理。
-Be co-operate with Financial Dept. for the exportation receipt after vertification etc.
4、 配合财务部门进行外汇核销和付汇，并进行跟踪。
-In charge of logistics, book ocean container track, make invoice and packing list to forward agent and customs agent, deal with insurance of cargo and check bill of lading at the same time
5、 对货物进行物流运输，负责海运订舱，集装箱装货，制作发票，箱单，报关单给货代/报关公司，货物保险，对提单进行审核等国际物流的操作。
Basic Requirement：
-college is must
-1.大专或同等以上学历。
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
2.表达能力，协调沟通能力强。
-at least 3 years related work experience
3.有3年以上在进出口、国际贸易、物流等相关行业的工作背景，了解海关，商检局，外汇局等部门的相关制度。
-Hard work, honest, stable and have team sprit.
4.工作认真负责，主动性强，诚实，稳重，细心，不断进取创新，具有团队合作精神。
-have certificate of Customs is perfect.
5.具有报关员资格证书，报检员资格为佳。
-have develop experience of Customs agent is perfect
6.有货代开发经验者优先。
Proficiency in written and spoken English, CET 4 or above
7.良好的书面英语及口语，CET-4或以上
-Be familiar with MS office
