Role summary:

1. Manage Trade Services (TS) and loan staff in Shanghai to meet customer service standards, internal and external cut off times for retention of customer files ,reporting, reconciliation and review outstanding transactions

2. Manage and ensure compliance with ,internal policies and audit and regulatory requirements

3. Support and achieve excellent partnership with Sales, banker and key Trade partners team to meet service objectives set by Trade/Loan Services Management and or agreed customer SLA

4. Train ,coach and identify potential staff for succession and key operational functions, provide cross-training and job rotation opportunities.

5. Streamline, meet objectives for efficient and effective branch operations to ensure compliance with regulatory and audit and JPM policies /guidelines Support and implement appropriate procedures for new systems/ systems upgrade

Qualifications

1. University graduate with at least 10 years experience in trade finance and loan services and operations

2. Solid knowledge of UCP600, ISBP, Incoterms, URDG758 and URC522

3. Familiar with import and export financing products

4. Familiar with SAFE & PBOC regulations and reporting system

5. Strong leadership and people management experience

6. Excellent communication and problem solving skills

7. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

8. Computer literate
