职位描述：

1. 负责满足装配所需零部件的采购订单计划的制作
2. 采购订单制作、发行、交货跟催、订单保管、发票收取和支付货款的申请
3. 保持与供应商和公司其他相关部门的沟通，确保生产和装配的不缺料
4. 所负责采购零件和供应商之间有关质量缺陷报告的反馈和图纸设计变更的处理
5. 针对供应商交货按时率管理
