We are seeking a high-caliber senior-level manager experienced in developing new business in pan-Semiconductor industry. The focus will be the industry sectors such as flat panel display, PV, plastic electronics, energy storage, ..., in the broad micro-electronics manufacturing industries adjacent to Semiconductor IC sectors. The successful candidate will fully utilize SEMI's professional and global platform, design programs providing highly value-added services for the above industries in China.
The successful candidate should have ten plus years industry experiences including manufacturing or engineering, with proven track record managing programs and teams. A strong business development background is highly desirable.

The job scope include but not limited to:
- Manage a team of program, member service, and marketing
- Plan and manage department budget
- Identify industry needs to formulate programs that serve the needs and build "industry communities".
- Develop business into trade show, conference, networking events, supply-chain forums with highest industry relevance and revenue
- Form industry committees and special interest groups with senior executives participating
- Lead SEMI Standard initiatives in China
- Work closely with government to promote China’s industry
- Develop alliances with other organizations to co-promote industry
- Coordinate global SEMI activities with other regions around the world
- Develop global partnership for the industries sectors
