工作职位：应用工程师

工作职责：成为泽伊塔测量与检测设备的专家，为客户及代理商提供技术咨询与支持。

• 在客户现场安装、调试泽伊塔的测量与检测设备。
• 为客户和代理商提供技术培训。
• 远程、或必要时到客户现场，对产生的技术问题进行评估、分析和及时解决。
• 负责针对客户和代理商的产品演示与技术咨询（包括客户端现场演示）。
• 参加相关行业的展览会和研讨会，参与产品的市场推广。
• 撰写、修改以及更新产品的市场推广资料，包括产品介绍、应用范例、客户数据报告及其它演示文档等。

任职资格：

• 工程、物理、光学或相关专业，大学本科及以上学历。
• 本职位欢迎优秀的应届毕业生申请。
• 有半导体、LED、触摸屏或相关行业工作经验者优先考虑。
  
• 有测量、检测设备的实际使用经验者优先考虑，包括SEM、AFM、三维光学轮廓仪以及其它类似设备。
• 具有很强的学习能力，能够快速地掌握新知识。思维敏捷，能灵活地处理工作中出现的各种情况。
• 较强的解决问题的能力，良好的组织和分析能力。
• 具有团队精神，能够独立开展工作。
• 具备较好的英语阅读及书面表达能力。
• 较强的客户服务意识和沟通能力。
• 较频繁的出差。

Job Title: Applications Engineer

Responsibilities:

This position is to provide technical and applications support to customers and sales representatives for Zeta Instruments' Metrology and Inspection equipment.

• Perform equipment installation, configuration and testing at customer sites.
• Provide technical training to customers and sales representatives on all aspects of Zeta products and applications.
• Evaluate, analyze and troubleshoot technical problems via telephone or at customer sites. Repair and modify equipment at customer facility.
• Manage product demonstrations (in-house or onsite) to customers or sales representatives.
• Assist with trade shows and conferences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Optics or related fields.
• Excellent fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Work experiences in Semiconductor, LED, Touch Panel and related industries are greatly preferred.
• Hands-on equipment operating experiences are highly preferred. Equipment include SEM, AFM, 3D Optical Profilers and other metrology and inspection equipment.
• Fast learner. Work smart.
• Strong troubleshooting skills. Excellent organizational, analytical skills.
• Candidate must be self-driven, a strong Team player to thrive in a dynamic environment
• English reading and writing
• Strong customer relation and communication skills
• Require frequent business travels.
