Responsibilities:
1. In charge of monthly management report consolidation and analysis.
2. In charge of China daily project and operation controlling coordination.
3. In charge of special business case simulation, control all Capex and Expenses related to set up.
4. Financial support in the sales and project development process, risk management, forecasting and reporting of partly Shanghai business.
5. Manages, controls and continuously improves financial situation of a projects during sales and development including P&L, Assets and Cash Situation.
6. Gives Input to Sales and Project Management on commercial conditions, liabilities and P&L (e.g.
acceptance terms) and cash flow / assets impacts during the approval process (including early tender phase).
7. Support on other management required analysis etc.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in Finance.
2. Above 2 years working experience in finance area. Prior have the project controlling working.
3. Have finance analysis ability.
4. Prior with SAP experience.
5. Fluent in oral and written English.
