Responsibilities:

1.SAP FICO module expert to serve as SAP Regional Technical Process Lead in global SAP initiative supporting wing-to-wing business processes with primary focus on SAP FICO across the SAP landscape. The individual will collaborate with SAP global/Regional Program & Solution Architect teams across various geographical locations to promote process standardization, synergy and compliance with local and Global statutory regulations.

2.Long term strategic planning & contribution to the overall governance and compliance strategy is key part of this role.

3.Leads the delivery of integrated Global SAP solution Template for multiple manufactory sites across China and Central function as IT regional Technical Process leader while working with Global/Local Program Managers, Regional functional owners, External service providers and other members of global SAP initiative.

4.Owns complete Finance module solutions for wing-to-wing business process with business counter party, which includes Global SAP template review, Fit-Gap analysis, RICEF FDD and UAT, Users Training etc..

5.Accountable for Finance related interfaces with external system & cross module integration with other SAP modules

6.Drive SAP best practices standards across Webasto SAP Landscape. Ensure efficient and maintainable solution.

7.Proactively engage business stakeholders to identify opportunities for business process optimization and improve business satisfaction.

8.Working closely with Global and Regional Process leaders to ensure the delivery of SAP FICO solution fully comply with Global/Local Finance audit requirement.

9.Continuously monitor for new developments in SAP technology and explore the opportunities in overall SAP landscape for optimization of business process.

10.Align with business process leaders to maintain cross functional business process domain knowledge

11.Leveraging industry best practices as deemed applicable to enhance capabilities and effectiveness

12.Maintain effective relationships across a distributed functional and global team in matrix environment to build an integrated solution.

13.Assist leadership team in building multi-year ERP vision/strategy for the organization by aligning SAP technology with business Goals

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Information technology and related fields.

2.Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ERP implementations

3.Proven experience in designing and configuring SAP ECC 6.0 PP functional module, cross-functional business solutions and system integrations.

4.Minimum two end-to-end projects in implementing SAP ERP

5.At least 3 years of functional experience in respective domains

6.Strong communication skills in program Matrix organization and business processes driven concept. Able to quick gain trust from business partner and demonstrate good leadership skill during process discussion. (Plus)

7.Experience in leading globally distributed teams and working with multi-cultural environment.

8.Highly Motivated, Self-starter, able to manage multiple deliverables independently in a fast paced ecosystem.

9.Strong written and oral English skills and Global SAP rollout experience (plus)

10.Able to travel domestic/overseas for work

11.Strong exposure to data migration and data quality management domain.

12.Ability to review solutions across multiple SAP modules and evaluate overall process capabilities by providing written assessments and recommendations

13.A mix of functional and technical expertise including the ability to coordinate with Business Process Leaders, IM Project Leaders, customizers, and ABAP developers to trouble-shoot issues
