Responsibility:

1. To lead and manage the Design Administration within the China R & D Team
2. Organise regular trainings/reviews with GPMO support in STO; work in cooperation with counterparts in Stockdorf to ensure standards are current and communicated to team
3. Review and coach R&D staff to follow CAD/VPM & PDM design rules
4. Ensure latest customer specific requirements & specifications are checked & approved before distributing to team; regular monitoring of adherence. The same is applicable for Webasto Suppliers therefore a close cooperation with Purchasing & ASQE is required to ensure good quality data is received"
5. Develop and execute Design Administration Specific Training sessions
6. Check and control VPM product structure, data quality and data standards (Webasto and/or customers standards)
Check and control engineering drawings meet the 2D guideline
7. Responsible for the R&D KPI index drawing release in time report and maintaining the CAD Checklist (Make failure list for continual improvement. Categorize drawing release failure, make and implement action plan)
8. Support, where necessary, to transmit data to the supplier (in case of absence)

Requirement,

1. Bachelor degree and above. 5 years above related working experence in Auto industry.
2. Experience in a Leadership and an Inter-disciplinary environment
3. Experienced with Catia V5 usage, understanding of PDM and VPM,
4. Skills in the current tolerance principles (ex. DIN ISO 8015),
5. Fluent in English,
6. Structured way of working,
7. Good and self-sufficient time management,
8. Social competence and ability to work in a team,
9. Proactive behavior to guide R&D engineers for high quality CAD data creation and delivery,
10. Skilled in MS office applications.
