Job Responsibilities:
· Install and maintain all PCs and notebooks according to the Corporate and regional guidelines and standards
· Install, configure and maintain all the switches, LAN, file & print servers and peripheral equipment according to corporate and regional guidelines and standards to both office and retail shops
· Coordinate WAN issues with regional and Corporate IT
· Conduct data backup cycles for all servers according to Corporate and regional guidelines and standards
· Provide desktop application training to end-users whenever appropriate
· Resolve local IT problems on hardware and system software for both office and retail shops and refer them to regional IT
· Plan and implement local and corporate infrastructure projects in collaboration and agreement with regional and Corporate IT
· Maintain in-house IT system on database level, work with Logistics Administrator to ensure the operational of the system
· Perform any other IT related tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor


Requirements:
· Colleague degree or equivalent experience
· Good command in Windows Server 2003, Windows XP,SQL Server, MS office and network
· 2-3 years experiences in IT infrastructure support
· Good communication skills
· Good English in writhing
· Organized and disciplined


Preferred:
· Experience in retail related business
· Have POS support experience
