Senior Sales Manager
-Dealer Management and Channel Development

RESPONSIBILTY

1.Successful incumbent will be responsible in developing a master business plan for dealer development.

2.Key responsibilities include building a strategic dealer network in China, managing relationships and meeting sales target.

3.He/She will work with partners and have the necessary communication skills to achieve defined targets.

4.The role includes recruitment, training and management of new partners.

5.Implementation of a dealer marketing plan and maintaining dealer standards is part of the job.
6.This position is based in Shanghai and will report to Sales Director.

REQUIREMENTS

l. 8 years+ experience in CHANNEL SALES OR CHANNEL MANAGEMENT either in Security equipment/systems or IT solutions in China
2. 5 years+ experience in team building & development. Experience in managing a technical sales and technical supporting team of 15 people.
3. Experience in franchising business model is an advantage.
4. Aggressive, be highly motivated for success
5. Strong communication and presentation skills, self-initiative, discipline and willing to take ownership.
6. Good command of English and Fluent Mandarin
7. Frequent traveling in China required.
