工作内容：
1、Work for production plan and organize team members to ensure and carry on the production plan.
根据生产计划安排一线员工生产，保证完成生产计划
2、Completing production process, including the production safety, quality, operators, etc. Normative
完成生产过程，包括生产安全、质量、组装等
3、Manage the material in Production line and make the product receipt on time.
产线管理物料以确保生产正常进行
4、For the improvement and modify operation instruction.
生产操作指导进行优化和改善
5、Training for new employees, and provide in the performance evaluation employees.
培训新员工，并进行有效评估
6、Responsible for employee attendance statistics, and employee communication, grasps the employees of the report.
负责员工出勤统计，员工沟通，有效保留员工。
7、Implementing the 5S to ensure workplace clean and tidy and orderly.
实施5S，保证生产现场干净、整洁、有序。
8、On-site control, actively promote the production efficiency.
现场生产控制，提高生产效率。
9、Familiar with TS 16949 Quality System Management
熟悉TS16949质量体系管理。
Job Responsibility
职位要求：
1、Technical secondary school, ability or equivalent
专科或同等学历以上
2、At least 2-year enterprise production experience
至少2年以上的企业产线管理
3、Good command of computer skills
良好的沟通能力
4、Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skill and familiar with safety regulations system
较强的责任心、良好的沟通能力和沟通技巧、熟悉安全规章体系
工作内容：

Alfmeier was founded in Germany in the 1960s, devoted to developing the valve and fuel system technology. The Company achieved steady increase in sales and profits and gained a good reputation in the European automotive industry.
Since its inception, Alfmeier Prazision AG has been headquartered in the town of Weisenburg, Bavaria, Germany, aiming to build Alfmeier as a top-ranking auto parts manufacturer in the world. And the nearby Treuchtlingen factory has also adopted the modern testing and engineering facilities to develop the most advanced products and processes.
Alfmeier established a representative office in Shanghai, China, in 2005. The Shanghai representative office was transformed into a trading company in 2007. Since Alfmeier found that it has good business prospects in China, the Company decided to transform the trading company into a manufacturing company. Therefore, Alfmeier set up its first production line in Jinqiao Import and Export Processing Zone, Pudong District, Shanghi in October, 2010. However, due to the explosive growth of businesses in 2012, small scale production cannot meet order demands from customers. Therefore, Alfmeier moved its plant from Pudong District to Qingpu District, establishing a new plant with a gross area of 4,000㎡which was formally set up and put into use in March, 2012. The company develop injection business in the second plant in 2016. With the rapid increase of the production output of the Company, Alfmeier’s all in-service employees have amounted to over 500 in 2020.
The Company is equipped with professional technologies in fuel management, engine system, braking system and seating comfort system. The Alfmeier Automotive Group’s mission is to integrate various development partners in the Group’s key technologies, resulting in innovative mechatronic solutions for the automotive industry, developing new technologies for unique automotive market sectors new key applications.
Alfmeier Business Model for China is to transfer lines to China depending on customer demands, build up own lines for transfered and new products, extend local capabilities for test and development and intensify localization depth (welding technology).
