工作内容：

Demand Forecast 30%

- Monthly demand forecast update (Primary purchase)

- Forecast variance report, explanation on big variance.

- Rollout/initial forecast.

- Dig-in analyze on POS, new forecast method development.

Supply Chain management 30%

- Monthly purchase plan

- Weekly shipping plan

- Varies Reports: inventory, WIP, flow

- Trouble shooting, expediting

- EOL control

Analytical Communication 25%

- Gather information from sales team to support the forecast.

- Share important action plans with sales team, so no one got surprised.

- Make sales team and operation team feel comfortable with your plan.

Projects and tools 15%

- Constant improvement on BPtool, China Business System.

- Train other planners.

KPI includes:

Fill rate, Turn over, EOL, Sales Team and Operation Team Evaluat

任职资格：

1) Bachelor Degree or above.

2) Major in statistics, supply chain or computer science is preferred.

3) Over 5 years experience on business planning. Knowledge on demand planning is a must.

4) Experience in US Top-Retailers, or a supplier to US Top-Retailers is a plus.

5) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

6) Excellent analytical skills.

7) Solid knowledge on MRP.

8) Excellent skill on Excel. Skill on Access and VBA is a plus.

9) Good command of English.

10) Proactive, able to work under pressure and deal with tough situation.
