职位范围：

上海玻璃博物馆展览设计专员涉及上海玻璃博物馆展览项目，市场活动的创意构思和平面设计，展陈制作管理，和展陈布置、展品维护，支持营运等相关部门的活动设计和节日及活动展陈布置等。

另外需要与设计公司和供应商衔接，协调好设计公司与供应商的沟通，前期需要

完成设计审核，实现度审核，中期提供样品让设计公司确认，后期完成实物等

主要职责：

1.组织或协助展览公司对展览项目的进行创意构思、文案，展陈设计，制作前期提案、设计创意说明及后期结案报告等。

2.组织、策划展览活动，包括形象设计、画册及各种宣传设计等。

3.负责博物馆各部门所需的涉及博物馆导览、广告、宣传册等各种项目的构思、策划和设计。

4.执行展览项目的创意构思和文案，负责展览项目的运作和现场布置等。

5.根据设计公司的展览规划，和制作公司进行相关制作工艺，制作质量和制作要求的确认；

6.控制布展和展陈设计，检查和监督布展质量；并对施工方进行布展质量的跟踪，提交相关质量报告和改进方案；

7.协助博物馆租赁业务，营运等其他部门的活动和节日现场布置。

任职要求：

1.平面设计，广告、策展或商务等专科以上；

2.熟练应用PS、AI等设计软件；

3.良好的设计能力、敏锐的审美能力、独特的创意特质；

4.能用英语进行良好地日常沟通；

5.男性优先。

Shanghai Museum of Glass was initiated and funded by Shanghai Glass Co.,Ltd.,which had witnessed the development of the glass industry in Shanghai and attentively preserved and inherited a century-old history and its product culture.
An investigation group was organized to visit and inspect dozens of famous museums in the world and an architectural design team headed by Tilman Thuermer from Germany to undertake the main renovation for the interior space of Shanghai Museum of Glass. The design of the Museum integrates both new and existing structures, which keeps and highlights the features of the old workshop, and also gives the architecture new functionality and iconic status, created a series of changing of new and old. Shanghai Museum of Glass covers a building area of about 5,000 m2.
Shanghai Museum of glass advocated creating a more colorful and wonderful glass art space, in addition, guided by the direction towards community-style development. From the architectural glass to the top of the glass works of art, sharing so as to present the most beautiful and most wonderful technologies to the public.
