3、创作能力强并善于挖掘优秀创意思想；
4、具有对于项目策略思路，创意方向及调性精准的把握能力及指导功底，并有成功案例；
5、有出色的提案能力和沟通技巧，对项目创意及方案质量具极强的掌控力；
6、具备出色的沟通能力、流程控制能力和部门管理能力。

1. Having more than 2 years of working experience in 4A advertisement company or having worked at the same level position in a large-scale native advertisement company.
2. With an ability in leading team to complete a case by case, high responsibility , good communication ability and team cooperation spirit.
3.Having strong creative mind and being excellent in looking for creative element and idea.
4. Being precisely positioned to the creation of programme in scheming, being able to guide the whole team, having some relative successful cases.
5.Being excellent in project proposal and communication,having a strong control of project creation and production quality.
6. Being terrific in communication , process control ability, sector management ability.
