Requirements

Strong sense of responsibility is a must

5+ years experiences with a reputable multinational company, including 3+ years G/L experience
Proficiency in English
Familiarity with Oracle or equivalent ERP software
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Work scope

Report to Asia Pacific finance manager
Maintain G/L of two subsidiaries in Asia Pacific
Understand, follow and comply with company procedures and policies, as well as internal controls from SOX404 requirements
On a monthly and quarterly basis, close the subsidiaries’ books and prepare reporting package to submit to corporate
Prepare routine and non-routine journal entries and post to G/L
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis
Deal with a “Big 4” audit firm for the purpose of statutory audit
Facilitate annual tax filing
