Review orders and ensure alignment with original agreements
Obtains appropriate approvals and ensure order meets standard revenue recognition guidelines before order booking
Ensure all orders are processed in SOX complaint, accurately , efficiently and in a timely manner
Ensure the working process be followed all existing /new policies and SOX requirements policies pertaining to order management team
Work with sales, sales operation , credit team for order related issues
Assists as needed with system testing and various projects within or outside order management department
Ensure the quarter-end closed in efficiency and effectively end month of quarter

Requirements:
Major in Business Administration /Finance
Willing to work with team, able to work under pressure
Good communication skill with internal team and other departments
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Computer skills preferred include : Oracle, Siebel, MS Office
