Primary responsibilities will include the following:

? Providing instant support to end users on hardware, software, mobile device, server access and business application related requests remotely
? Gathering end user feedbacks for needful support service enhancement
? Functionally leading or participating in projects management
? Facilitating incident management on service emergencies
? Analyzing, resolving and documenting the reporting issues
? Providing first level support to Sales, Marketing and Finance including PTC resellers on CRM & PRM related requests
? Handling requests escalations from team internal and users
? Providing trainings to other team members or users when needed
? Closely monitoring support queues to ensure operational goals are met
? Offering assistance and coaching to team members to ensure the team completes the job tasks
