Job Description:

· Manage sourcing (suppliers' selection and evaluation, offers, negotiation, samples) for new items in Small Machinery (Welding Machine/Portable Power Generator) and Bench Top Machinery (Woodworking & Metalworking Machinery) categories.

· Manage projects with quality and supply chain teams to deliver new products on time.

· Arrange factory and buying trips.

· Negotiate prices, terms and conditions with vendors.

· Work with Supply Chain team to monitor open order status to ensure on-time delivery and resolve supply problems.

· Arrange Samples for client testing according to company QA/QC procedures.

Skills Required:

· Process orientated thinking and organized working style required to manage multiple projects in a timely and controlled manner.

· Good communication skills for communicating with vendors and customers (Chinese and English) in a clear manner.

· Knowledge of small machinery and bench top tools categories will be an advantage.

· Project management and multitasking skills

· Negotiation skills

· MS Office

· Team player and ability to work under pressure.

Good Written and Spoken English
