RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for all site documents control include organizing reviewing, control, release, revoke, and as central contact to coordinate with US for document release and change management release at automotive business unit in China, keep consistency update with global document system synchronously.负责公司级生产质量控制相关文件的评审，受控，发行与废除；作为公司中国汽车业务的文件控制窗口，保持公司业务的集团级程序文件实时更新并持续完善。
2. Measuring equips management include measurement acceptance, management for calibration, repairing and maintenance. 测量设备的验收，校验管理，维修维护管理。
3. Production Sample/ Master Sample management for acceptance, update and maintenance. 生产样件，标准样件的验收，更新域管理与日常维护。
4. Quality Lab management. 实验室管理与日常维护。
5. Assists in troubleshooting and problem solving on customer returns and in process failures, finish the initial report on customer returns.协助质量工程师完成产品故障客户退回件的记录、分析及完成初始报告分析过程。
6. With minimal supervision evaluates / inspects supplier components and finished products to determine if they meet specification. 部分负责供应商零件及半成品、成品的检验，以确保其满足零件及产品的规范。
7. Have the proper communication with Supplier to deal with sub-components quality issue, implement the containment action at Supplier and Company. 与供应商联系处理分供方零件的质量反馈，并执行分供方与公司内部的应急反应措施。
8. Responsible for New Project parts validation & Qualification, New tool & fixture qualification and documented. 部分负责新项目零件的验证与验收，新工装夹具的验收。
9. Manage the QA lab in cleanly and orderly, lead the team to finish the different assignment from Supervisor and Engineer. 管理汽车质量实验室，引导质量技术快速有效的完成主管及质量工程师布置的各项工作。

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

1. Perform QMS annually audit, Product Audit and Process Audit (Layer Process Audit).

实施QMS 体系年度审核，产品及过程审核验证。

2. Recommend actions for report findings during audit; follow up until end to have action in place.

针对发现的问题点，能追踪有效的解决方案直至有效落实。

3. Ensure calibrations are conducted and up to date.

确保生产线、测量所用的量检具处于有效、受控的状态。

4. Perform test stand calibration according to Error Proof Sample .

实施生产线标定样件的验证及维护工作。

5. Monitor cleanliness of environments.

监控生产环境处于有序、清洁的状态。

6. Prepare work instruction documentation.

根据生产要求，准备相应的作业指导文件。

7. Maintain computer databases/spreadsheets, and prepare reports of inspections and tests.维护检验及测试数据，对数据库及表单进行有效管理。

8. Customer/Supplier performance tracking and management in order to keep all metrics to be updated.客户与供应商绩效的监控与维护管理

9. Conduct in-depth failure analysis of line failures and scrap analysis.

主导生产线失效件的深入分析过程，进行每周的报废分析。

10. Conduct in-depth hands-on inspections and audits of components and finished products.主导零件检验过程及成品检验过程。

11. Issue the PNCR report to supplier for any supplied component quality concerns including abroad and local supplier.

组织并发行供应商的不良报告给国内外的供应商。

12. Cleanliness testing on Hydraulic parts and analysis the data on daily basis.

对公司生产的产品进行清洁度测试并分析数据，适时提出分析结果。

13. New Project Component Layout dimension checking & New Fixture or Tool Validation.

新项目零件的全尺寸检测与新检具及工装的验收检测。

14. Perform other technical work as directed by the Quality Engineer or Quality Manager

完成质量工程师及质量经理分配的工作。

REQUIREMENTS

1. College or above, Technologic background or Major. 大专及以上学历背景, 技术背景或理工专业。
2. Working knowledge of TS16949/ISO 9000 and hydraulics background preferred. 了解TS16949和ISO9000的要求，具有液压动力行业的背景优先考虑。
3. Maintaining the common gages like as Caliper ,Micrometer , Hardness tester, Inductance tester , Oscilloscope, CMM’s , Laser Mic’s, optical comparator, profiler. 熟知常用量检具的使用及维护。
4. Geometric tolerance knowledge 具备形位公差知识。
5. Reads blueprints and/or schematics能识别产品图及各种技术图纸。
6. Basic understanding of SPC基本的SPC数理统计知识。
7. Familiar with Cleanliness testing.熟悉清洁度检测的过程。
8. Effective time-management and organizational skills.有效的时间管理技能，及一定的组织技能。
9. Good communication and interpersonal skills.具有良好的沟通、协调能力。
10. Must be flexible and able to handle multiple and varied tasks .必须能灵活的承担多任务的工作。
