岗位目标及工作权限Job targets & decision making

1. leads Manufacturing Support Team
2. ensures Project and Plant support for Automation-/Controllengineering, Processengineering and Production-IT by:
2.1 developing concepts for E-HW, E-SW, Data collection together with his team
2.2 developing new processes or applications to existing processes with his team
3. support new machine supplier development for above mentioned areas, first contact to local suppliers
4. develop Presta standards for CN market in communication with the global support team in Eschen
5. achieve customer satisfaction
6. objectives are solved self dependent and efficient

主要工作职责 Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities
- ensure efficient teamwork
- ensure know-how transfer to the new team
- ensure team development
- supports all projects by:
-- analzing the problems
-- preparing concepts
-- creating the technical requirements for the RFQ
-- ensuring availability of the electrical drawings and the needed software
- ensure on time resource planning for projects under consideration of the type integrations and new machine installation
- ensure successful test run after improvements or new set ups
- responsible for electrical, SW and Prod IT final acceptances
- ensure suppliers deliver the electrical contents according to Presta requirements
- ensure suppliers implement the process according to Presta requirements

1、知识Knowledge
Bachelor in electrical engineering or similar
Good in English and/or German
Be good at related office software (word, excel, powerpoint,project)
2、经验Experience
Min 3 years experience in automotive or machining manufacture industry as electrical engineer
