Authorized to stop production in case of quality problem or risks for customer arisen
2、对不合格品的处理决定
Decision on disposal of nonconforming products

主要工作职责 Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities
1. Planning of quality control measures with new projects/新项目质量控制手段的策划
l －Creating and updating control plan (Prototype, Pre-launch and Production) according to the schedule of new projects
l 根据新项目计划制定并更新控制计划（手工样件，试生产，生产）
l －Planning, ordering and validating of inspection equipment and gages
l 策划，采购和确认检验设备和检具
l －Coordinating and conducting inspection and tests (external and internal) which are requested by the project
l 协调和实施项目所要求的检验和试验（内部和外部）
l －Planning and conducting MSA for gages used by operator at production line and test equipments used by quality lab
l 计划并实施生产线上操作员使用的量检具以及试验室使用的试验设备的测量系统分析
l －Participate of release of Internal PPAP or EMPB
l 参与内部PPAP或EMPB的批准
l －Communicate with customer for customer release (PPAP or EMPB)
l 针对顾客批准（PPAP或EMPB）与顾客进行沟通
l －Reporting and documentation.
l 报告和记录

2. Customer complaint management/顾客抱怨管理
l －Analyzing customer returned products (0-Km and warranty)
l 顾客退货的分析（零公里和售后索赔）
l －Initiating short-term actions if necessary to securing the customer
l 如有必要启动短期措施以确保顾客的安全
l －Coordinating and validating the corrective and preventive actions in case of customer complaint
l 协调和确认针对顾客抱怨所采取的纠正和预防措施
l －Communicating with customer for problem solving
l 与顾客就问题的解决进行沟通
l －Reporting and documentation
l 报告和记录

3. Quality in Production review/生产质量控制
l －Leading the root cause analysis in case of quality problem during serial production
l 在批量生产出现质量问题时组织进行根本原因分析
l －Coordinating with the responsible employees for quality problem solving (root cause elimination)
l 协调相关负责人解决质量问题（消除根本原因）
l －Validation of the corrective and preventive actions which taken by the responsible employee
l 对相关负责人采取的纠正和预防措施进行确认
l －Cooperating with production team to monitoring on the scrap and rework rate
l 与生产部合作监控废品率和返工率
l －Reporting and documentation
l 报告和记录

4. Others/其它
l －Planning and conducting internal product and process readiness audits
l 策划并实施内部产品和过程就绪审核
l －Temporary tasks which delegated by the direct supervisor
l 直接主管委派的临时任务

任职能力及资格Required Competency & Qualification
1、知识Knowledge
学历Education本科或以上程度 University degree or above
外语Language良好的英语运用能力Good command in English
计算机Computer skill熟练运用相关办公软件Be good at related office software (MS word, excel, powerpoint)
2、经验Experience
汽车或相关行业经验Auto.Industry or related E.三年以上质量管理经验，至少一年汽车行业从业经验At least 3 years of experience in quality management and one year in automotive industry
管理经验Leadership_ dept.supervisor/managerN.A.
项目管理经验Project leader experience要求有一到两个项目管理经验One or two project leader experience is required
项目参与经验Project member experience要求有参与项目经验Project experience is required
跨文化工作经验Interculture experience至少两年的外企工作经验At least two years working experience in JVs or foreign invested company
