Your role
We are looking for an experienced project manager who can manage complete eCommerce website builds and long-term program relationships. We build eCommerce websites on Magento, Demandware & Hybris. We are the oldest and the largest Magento partner in China.
? Defining project tasks, dependencies, resources and timeline
? Outlining project within Project Management System
? Gathering all required assets from the client
? Managing internal and external resources
? Ensuring team members understand deliverables and have task lists
? Putting together technical write-up for programming features of the site
? Making sure projects stay within timetables and budgets
? Ensures documentations are complete, current and stored appropriately
? Serving as the primary point of contact for clients
? While completing all of the above duties you must maintain excellent communication with the clients while managing their expectations
Requirements
? 3+ years of experience in web or software development project management
? Strong in PHP - Strong experience with coding
? Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
? Excellent organizational skills and really detail oriented
? Excellent communication skills, oral and written
? Chinese & English language - Foreigners can apply
? Proven experience in building schedules
? Proven experience in working with budgets, clients, and acting as a liaison between clients and developers, designers, and other team members
Desired Skills, Abilities and Characteristics
? PHP Certification is a plus
? Magento Certification is a plus
? PMP Certification is a plus
? Experience with eCommerce web development
