RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
? Deal with the banking clients of treasury services in China;
? Handle client administration every day and ensure all issues are followed through promptly and completed in accordance with clients expectations;
? Liaise with marketing and products people in identifying relationship issues and new business opportunities;
? Coordinate with overseas branches on a daily basis in solving client issues;
? Establish effective communication links and maintain strong relationships with clients at appropriate operational levels;
REQUIREMENTS:
? University graduate, bachelor’s degree required;
? 3-4 years banking experience in international payment, preferably within client services;
? Knowledge of trade services will be an advantage;
? Strong client orientation and teamwork spirit;
? Proactive & keen work attitude;
? Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
? Ability to learn new products and understand products/clients issues comprehensively;
? Good command of Chinese and English, both oral and written.
