职位描述
Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Serves as the Quality representative, ensuring "Quality at the Source" is imbedded into the all site processes.
2) Conduct regular training sessions on Quality improvement action with all employees via site meetings.
3) Leads problem solving for internal and external issues.
4) Using information gained from process monitoring, failure analysis, customer complaints, capability studies and continuous improvement projects, driving out product and process nonconformances.
5) Develops and facilitates effective internal corrective actions based off monitoring and measuring internal and external process inputs.
6) Prepares failure analysis reporting for internal and external Quality escapes. Sharing lessons learned across the site.
7) Conducts Internal to ensure that the site Quality Management System produces quality product and maintains compliance with ISO standard.
8) Supports the New Product Development team (NPI) on new product and process requirements.
9) Apply predictive reliability, and lessons learned to new products.
10) Analyze data and perform design reviews to create acceptance criteria, specifications and control limits for product, components and manufacturing.
11) Participates in continuous improvements events, implementing solutions and tracking results.
12) Develops and performs training to assure sustained improvements on processes and products.
13) Support customers by addressing complaints across all departments at the site, driving to root cause and implementing corrective actions.
14) Drives MRB/RMA process, providing internal and supplier part dispositions with clear problem descriptions in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
1) Bachelor degree or above in engineering ( telecom, electronics or relevant)
2) 3-5 years working experience in LCD &TP and Parts repair service function in global telecomm. Manufacturing companies
3) Excellent experience in following one or more LCD/TP/Parts repair services
4) Familiar with NPI process and design transfer in factory
5) Solid skills on trouble shooting and problem solving
6) Strong customer service skills
7) Flexible to support urgent issues out of working hours
8) Good Knowledge of Auto-CAD
9) Good knowledge of English in written and spoken
