职位描述
§ To organize the mass production of products (including SIL) according to production schedule § Guarantee quality, capacity and lead-time of production to reach target of company and customers. § Warehouse inventory accuracy management |
(What is the expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization) |
§ Settle a target & schedule of the department development according to forecast yearly and implement & follow up them § Handle and coordinate problems occurring in process (such as capacity, quality and overtime for work) with relevant development of SSPA § Reporting production situation monthly § Take responsibility of labor DVC as per budget § To act as Project Leader on behalf of the company whenever necessary § Optimize the production & warehouse process with SPS… § Organize and lead warehouse to ensure adherence to SOP and all security, safety rules. § Manage 3PLs warehouses (Bonded & Non Bonded): deliveries, expenses, quality § Inventory accuracy management
1. Increase the staff management level and improve skill level of operators Improve team competency through recruiting, coaching, empowerment, initiatives
Plan, implement and monitor multi- skill training for operators to improve skill level and production flexibility
