Organize and maintain all equipment & facilities of SSAM, to achieve high utilization of equipment and facilities, and guarantee them running in good condition.


Take charge of production equipment breakdown rate reduction in order to ensure daily production and increase production efficiency; manage and control spare parts to shorten duration of shortage; training provided to technicians; Implement and achieve a high level of quality and service; support specific project for equipment approval, improvement, issues solving in Product Realization Process and facility modification.


Take charge of production equipment breakdown rate reduction in order to ensure daily production and increase production efficiency
- Organize and implement schedule of preventive maintenance and improvement for all equipments and tools to ensure production needs and regulation requirements.
-Arrange daily work of maintenance work and efficiency appraisal.


Manage and control spare parts
-Spare parts setting, drawing and purchasing.
-Manage and monitor spare parts stock level information, shorten duration of spare parts shortage.
-Manage CORIM system for TPM, spare parts management.
Competency build up
-Provide technology training to technician, enhance technician's preventive maintenance level.
-Training maintenance technician and operators during TPM( Total Preventive Maintenance).
Implement and achieve a high level of quality and service
- Prompt repair of facilities and equipment, to reach a high service level of troubleshooting, improve the utilization of facilities and equipment.
-Cooperate with method to improve process, such as POKE-YOKA, SMED.
Contribution to specific project
- Support new offer project for launching on schedule, implement inspecting, installation, adjustment, registration of equipment and fixtures.
-Contribution on facilities modification of Facilities (Water chiller, power Cabling, water piping …), equipment approval, improvement and other issues solving in Product Realization Process.
-Take part in and complete special mission of Lean Manufacturing and ISO.
