Main Respobsibilty

1 ECAD Support

· Fast trouble shoot the issues from end users and record in the system

· Share the technical knowledge to the team members and end users

· Deliver engaging, informative presentations when needed in collaboration with the Product Manager

· Support function departments for best practices and training packages related to the application

2: ECAD Application Maintenance & Technical Evolution

· Ensure the quality and integration of the application in the global environment

· Well understand the needs from end users and clearly describe in the specification

· Work closely with Application Vendor to deliver our needs / specifications / issues

· Maintain the technical documents to keep up to date and share to the team members and end users

· Contribute in the project (to be a project leader or participator) to maintain the evolution

Main Requirement:

· University degree or Engineering school degree in the field of Mechanical/Electromechanical/software engineering

· PCB Design experience >3 years with Cadence (Concept + Allegro)

· Familiar with Cadence Tool V16.2 or above

· Basic knowledge with manufacturing process

· English speaking / writing well, experience of creating technical documentation

· Open mind, passionate, team work spirit

· Support sensitive, attitude, behavior

· Experience on Windchill, Unix command and Project Management could be a plus
