Job description:
Manage the facility and keep the facilities in proper work condition
1.Take an active role in design, supervising the maintenance of factory support system such as building, construction refit.
2.Improve the facilities' operation process with daily and PM schedule, Control maintenance cost and expense, update facility expense forecast, & capital budget management;
3.Build up and manage all facility related procedures to meet P&G standard & compliance as well as legal requirements.
4.Identify cost savings and energy savings opportunities to implement approved proposals within targetted dea dline and budget.

Qualification:
l.Bachelor degree or above in architecture engineering or mechanical or electrical engineering is necessary
2. Be familiar with construction project procedures;
3. Good networking and communication skills;
4. Good language of Chinese and the English
5. Above 3 years supervisory experience in building construction management is a plus
