JOB DESCRIPTION :
Provide support to quotation-making
Help on preparation of bidding documentation
Follow up the enquiries in hand, as well as commercial related discussion and communication while conduct order acquisition
Reviewing confidential agreement before submitting to supervisor
Checking offer and contract documentation prior to send to customer
Assist Sales to conduct Key account technical meeting, as well as customer visitor
Help on sales with English related document preparation job in need.
Quick response to customer's demand and give timely reply.
Report to sales and sales manager.

RECRUITMENT:
Bachelor, with relevant background
Fluent English in both oral and written
Familiar with Microsoft software
