Responsibilities:
工作职责：
1.Identify New customers and develop New business in Sea Freight( LCL-Less Container Load).
负责国际海运（拼箱货）相关业务的开发
2.Working out the freight sales plan according to company's mail business.
根据公司主营业务制定货运销售计划
3.Training and supervising the Freight Sales, and gradually improve the system of company marketing, sales, etc.
培训和指导业务员，并逐步完善公司营销制度，销售制度等
4.Planning for the development of the company, to assist the company to build the whole logistics service network.
对公司的发展提出规划，协助公司建立建全物流服务网络
5.Having team management experience and good communication ability, can make the company rapid promotion and development.
优秀的团队管理经验,有良好的协调沟通能力，能使公司人员快速提升和发展

Qualification:
岗位要求：
1.College or above.
大专或以上学历
2.At least 5 years of working experience in the Freight Sales.
拥有5年以上货代销售经验
3.Fluent English in written and oral.
英文听说读写流利
4.Excellent presentation and communication skill.Industrious,able to work under high pressure
优秀的表达和沟通能力，勤奋好学，抗压能力强
5.Have client resources is preferred.
