Responsibilities:
工作职责：
1.Providing assistance to Sales, such as customer delivery plan, cargo tracking feedback, coordinate with the shipping company transport matters, etc.
为销售提供协助，例如客户的出货计划，货物的跟踪反馈，与船公司协调运输事宜等
2.Maintain good relations with customer, properly handle the customer complaints.
维护良好的客户关系，妥善处理客户投诉建议
3.Responsible for the daily work during sales outing.
负责销售外出期间的日常工作

Qualification:
岗位要求：
1.College or above.
大专或以上学历。
2.Familiar with international freight forwarding business or Have client resources is preferred.
熟悉国际货运代理业务或拥有客户资源者优先
3.Fluent English in written and oral. Skilled application of office software.
英文听说读写流利，熟练应用办公软件
4.Work steadfast, active, cheerful, efficient and willing to accept the challenge.
