景观设计师:

工作描述

这是我们实现我们的项目和施教学员的重要主城部分。我们正在寻找一下人员：
有景观专业学士学位或更高学位和3年相关行业经验;
优秀的组织能力和项目管理能力;
良好的领导素质 (激发、启用和授权学员)
需要有可持续发展的知识以致力于改善环境。
流利的英语口语是德稻的录取标准;
用于高度演示和企划组织输出的最新电脑知识。

角色:
德稻追寻旭日工作室的首席设计师需听从大师和德稻领导的指导。
能够处理不同风格和规模的景观和主题环境项目
能够表达设计理念并带领学员和承包商团队完成项目。
可以联系设计院，拥有中国必要的相关执照，可以给大师介绍中国相关制度
景观设计师的基本工作活动如下：
? 大师的各种设计项目的监督，包括
? 提供信息支持到工作室管理
? 监控和报告工作进程 – 向德稻、大师和客户报告生产进度
? 在大师、客户、承包商与供应商之间进行准确翻译;
? 对场地进行初步研究（包括外形、土壤、生态、建筑、道路）;
? 评估一个场地的潜力以满足客户的计划;
? 使用计算机辅助设计(CAD)包或类似的设计软件准确地准备和提供详细的计划和工作图纸,包括要求、施工细节和项目的详细说明;
? 准备和呈现建议书给公司客户, 处理查询和谈判并安排大师，客户，承包商和地方当局之间的会议
? 协调最终设计方案的任何修改;
? 大师的知识匹配客户的需求来达到最佳效果
? 联系和协调制造商和供应商;
? 进行招标工作
? 帮助选择一个承包商和供应商(主要是大型项目),并领导跨职能团队;
? 进行实地考察
? 确保按时完成
? 联络项目的学员和其他专业人员;
? 作为景观管理者监督和检查现场工作
? 工作圆满完成授权付款
? 帮助促进生成新的业务机会.

Studio Dawnfinder Personnel – Job Description

Landscape Architect:
This role is a vital and integral part of us realising our Projects and Teaching apprentices. We are looking for someone with the following:
Qualified with a Bachelor or higher degree in Landscape Architectureand with a min of 3 - 5 years industry experience;

Excellent organisational and project management skills;

Good leadership qualities ( to Inspire, enable and empower Apprentices)

Needs to be committed to improving the environment with a developing knowledge of Sustainability.

Fluent English speaking to DeTao approvedstaff level;

Excellent working knowledge of up to date computer programs for high degree of Presentation and Project Organisationoutput
Role:
? Landscape Architect leader of the DeTao DF Studio under the direction of The Masters and DeTao leaders.

? Be capable of detailing Landscape and themed environmental projects of different styles and scales,

? Be able to express design philosophy and supervise/ direct contractor teams to complete projects to the agreed plans.

? Liaise with Local Design Institute, who have the necessary licences to translate and issueplans for us in China ( for our current project this is Mr Shi of Formdo Architects but could me Suzhou Garden Holding Corporation )




Typical work activities
The typical work activities for our landscape architect include all of the following:
? Overseeing the Masters design of a variety of projects, including
Managing information to supply to Studio administration support

? Monitoring and reporting back - Producing Work in Progress reports to DeTao, Masters and to clients.

? Accurate translations betweenMasters > clients contractors and suppliers;

? Conducting preliminary studies of the site (including contours, soil, ecology, buildings, roads);
? Assessing a site's potential to meet the client's specifications;

? Accurately preparing and presenting detailed plans and working drawings, construction details and specifications for the project using computer-aided design (CAD) packages or similar design software;
? Preparing and co-presenting proposals to clients, dealing with enquiries and negotiating and managing meetings between Masters , clients , and Local Design Institute.
? Co -ordinating and producing any amendments to final design;
? Matching the client's wishes with Masters knowledge of what will work best
? Contacting and coordinating manufacturers and suppliers for samples and specifications;

? Helping to select a contractor and suppliers (mainly for larger projects), and leading cross-functional teams;
? Making site visits
? Ensuring deadlines are met
? Liaising with Local Design Institute and other professionals on the project;
? Monitoring and checking work on-site as Landscape Architect.
? Authorising payment to be made once work has been satisfactorily completed;
? Helping to facilitate the generation of new business opportunities, and representing Studio Dawnfinder when the Masters are not available.
