Open Position: Office Assistant at Contemporary Architecture Practice

Studio Contemporary Architecture Practice is looking for a full time office assistant in Shanghai, Songjiang.

Contemporary Architecture Practice was founded in 1999 and since then has established an award winning profile in futuristic work using digital techniques for the design and manufacturing of architecture. Their portfolio includes a wide range and scale of work from furniture to master plans.

Studio Contemporary Architecture Practice is a cutting edge architecture and design office with a young and dynamic team. As part of DTMA and the DeTao Group we offer a social, creative and professional environment with a focus on education.

Candidates meet the following requirements:
? based in Shanghai
? be fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
? Bachelor Degree or higher
? good organizational skills
? good social skills, must be a team player
? good visual eye
? good computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office)

The following skills are beneficial:
? graphic design skills (e. g. Adobe Master Collection)
? creative background (architecture, design, writing or art)

Your tasks will include:
? organizational work and communication
? translations (oral and written)
? layouting and graphic work
? assisting the Professors, managers and students
? join official meetings, trips and events with locals and internationals
