Studio Baeriswyl is the Shanghai branch of dai, a Swiss design and brand consultancy based in Zurich. In Shanghai, Studio Baeriswyl offers brand strategy and consulting services to companies in Europe and the Greater China region.

Opening for Translator & Personal / Project Assistant

We are looking for a project assistant for our marketing consultant, as well as a personal assistant for our Master Strategist when he is in China.

Translator / Project Assistant
During normal periods, the translator / project assistant reports to the marketing consultant and acts as external facing project assistant. Responsibilities include:
- project file handling
- note taking
- cold calling potential clients
- text translations
- scheduling and meeting coordination

Personal Assistant
When the Master is in China (approx. 80 days in a year), responsibilities will also include:
- travel arrangements
- coordination of schedule
- personal translator


**
Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree minimum
- fluent in English and Chinese
- detail-oriented, with assistant experience a plus
