Job Description: Creative Industry Market / Business / Research Analyst
职位描述：创意产业市场/业务/调查分析员
The creative industry market / business / research analyst is responsible for making sure the studio is on top of every aspect of China’s digital content creation industries. This includes identifying the key individuals, companies, creative properties, production technologies, market segments, methods of distribution and ultimate audience consumption of all digital creative content in China. The analyst is ultimately responsible for researching information necessary to properly position the studio’s industry focus and attention to what is “really” going on in targeted industries.
创意产业市场/业务/调查分析员负责保证工作室处于中国数字内容创意产业各方面的最前沿，这其中包括关键的个人、公司、创意产业、产品技术、市场划分、分销手法以及终端受众消费情况。分析员是调查信息的最终负责人，这些信息要正确地使工作室关注目标市场里当下“真正”的动态。

Business Analyst Responsibilities:
业务分析员职责
? Work with senior studio personnel to assess research goals and requirements.
与工作室高层人员一起就调研目标和要求作出评估。
? Design, build and implement the studio’s creative business research plan.
构思、建立并执行工作室的创意产业调研计划。
? Design and build the studio’s research pipeline including selection and implementation of research tools, data analysis, lists, databases and archives.
企划并建立工作室的调研渠道，包括调查工具、数据分析、列表分析、数据库和数据存档的选择与适用。
? Design, build and manage all research reporting and information distribution within the studio.
规划、建立及管理所有工作室内部的调研报告和信息发布。
? Assess and disseminate needed data to studio personnel as required.
按需要向工作室人员评估并传播所需数据。
? Meet with studio staff as required.
应要求和工作室人员会议。
? Represent the studio to the public and to the industry in a courteous and professional manner.
对外代表工作室，并以礼貌、专业的形象与行业来往。

Requirements:
职位要求：
? Experience as a business, marketing, PR or media analyst in a creative arts field, preferably with a degree in marketing or marketing communications.
具有艺术创意领域内商业、市场、公关或媒体分析的工作经验。有市场营销或营销沟通专业学历者优先。
? Demonstrable skills with online research tools and techniques.
在线调研工具和技术能力突出。
? Bilingual English / Chinese speaker with demonstrable English writing skills.
中英双语能力，书面英语表达流畅。
? Extremely web savvy, particularly Chinese entertainment media, online entertainment or professional creative arts industries.
精通网页有关知识，尤其是中文娱乐传媒、在线娱乐或专业艺术创意等行业。
